You will receive an e-mail from karen@weethingsonline.com soon after you receive your initial order confirmation. This e-mail will contain information about when you can expect shipment. Occasionally items are discontinued without our knowledge; you will be advised when this is the case.

Ordering by Phone: Call 10am to 9pm EST - 330-426-3452. Use our handy checkout form for "send check by mail" for ordering by phone - catalog number, price, and shipping information are all on your form. Allow 7 rings before answer machine picks up.

Shipping time will vary from same day to one-to-three weeks (if item is out of stock). Most orders will ship within 2 days. You will be advised by e-mail of your approximate ship date shortly after you submit your order. Please let us know if you're in a rush for your order with a statement in the "comments" section of your checkout form.

Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more! This offer does not apply to items that must be shipped by independent truck or those items that indicate "free shipping does not apply". Cannot be combined with other discounts/coupons. Does apply to items currently on sale.

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail or First Class. We do not ship outside the continental U.S.A.

Return Policy: Returns require prior approval. E-mail or call us for approval within five business days of receipt of your merchandise. You may be asked to submit a photo of the broken/defective item. If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defects, there will be a restocking fee.
